DID NOT COMPLETE "FIRST TIME ACCESS"
If you did not previously login to set your password, the system will tell you it cannot log you in. You MUST first select a password through the "forgot password" process. Select Forgot Password, enter your e-mail in next window, and follow the instructions. You will have to open your regular e-mail account where you will find a "Reset e-mail" message. Follow these instructions.
Once complete, go back to the renewal e-mail, click on link, enter your e-mail and newly acquired password. You will be presented with the website "Terms of use" and must accept by checking box and clicking "Continue".
Follow "RENEWAL PROCESS" instructions below.
ALREADY HAVE YOUR PASSWORD
Just follow renewal e-mail link, enter your e-mail and password. Follow "RENEWAL PROCESS" instructions below.
RENEWAL PROCESS
- Select "View your profile" link found on left-hand panel under your name. Click/select the large button saying "Renew until 1 January 2012". ("sample" image shows different date)

- You can update your profile information on the next window and proceed from there or go directly to renewal. You must select either Yes or No.

- You can pay either with a credit/debit card, or through your PayPal account. OR choose "Manual" to receive an e-mail invoice and pay by US Mail.

RENEW MANUALLY
- If you choose Manual, click "Confirm" on next window and you will be taken to screen image below.

RENEW ONLINE
Choosing to pay online will take you to the PayPal System. If you HAVE a PayPal account just enter your PayPal e-mail/password. If you do NOT have a PayPal account just click "Continue" near the bottom of screen under "Don't have a PayPal account?" and you will proceed directly to a credit card entry screen. 
OPTION: This screen may or may not appear. If you wish to continue paying without establishing a PayPal Account, just click "Continue without logging in." 
COMPLETED RENEWAL
Once you complete payment using a credit/debit card, you will receive payment acknowledgement from PBGVCA membership management system AND PayPal. If you choose to pay via US mail your membership will remain "pending" until the PBGVCA Treasurer marks your status as paid.
